Prof. Dr. Ahmet Alpay Dikmen, the Rector of World Peace University, hosted the delegation visiting the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) for the 50th anniversary celebrations of July 20 Peace and Freedom Day. The delegation included Kemal Yurtnaç (Governor – Chief Inspector of Civil Administration), Orhan Öztürk (Advisor to the President of the Turkish Aeronautical Association – Retired Governor), Yıldıray Koçarslan (Chief Advisor to the Turkish Aeronautical Association), Ahmet Saim Yılmaz (President of the Turkish Historical Society Foundation), and Kenan Kenan (Retired Judge, Colonel Military Administrative Supreme Court Member, THSF Member).
During the meeting, information about the establishment, vision, and ongoing programs of the World Peace University was provided to the delegation. Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Alpay Dikmen expressed his gratitude to the delegation for taking time from their busy schedules in Turkey to visit the TRNC and celebrate this meaningful day together.
